Pretty Muddy Kids is back again for 2022, so children can join in the fight to beat cancer.
This muddy course is so popular with kids, they'll beg you to let them come back next year! Watch them climb over, crawl under, and charge through the course - all in aid of beating cancer.

What is Pretty Muddy Kids?
Pretty Muddy Kids is a muddy obstacle course for children.
Held on the same day as our Pretty Muddy® events, and featuring many of the same obstacles, they allow children to get in on the fun too! Take a look at some of the obstacles they could be jumping over, crawling under and charging through.
How does Pretty Muddy Kids work?
Each child should have a parent or guardian taking part alongside them. The parent or guardian will go round the course with their child but won't go over the obstacles (unless needed to assist!). If a child can't complete an obstacle, they can move on to the next one.
The parent or guardian will have a blank running number, on which they can add the running numbers of up to three children they are looking after on the day.
Who can take part in Pretty Muddy Kids?
Children up to the age of 12, who are at least 1.2m tall will be able to take part. Children aged 13 and above can join our Pretty Muddy® events!
Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course, but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
How far is a Pretty Muddy Kids event?
All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km.
Obstacle layouts vary from venue to venue, but we try to make sure all children get to have a go on the muddy slide at the end.
Your entry fee can't beat cancer. Only you can.
Whilst your entry fee covers the cost of your event, it's those valuable donations that will help save lives – which is why we ask our participants to raise a minimum of £50.

Our events couldn't happen without our amazing volunteers.
We're always on the lookout for folks to help at our events. If you know any lovely people joining you on the day who can offer a spare pair of hands, why not make a day of it and volunteer together? You'll have a great time meeting our fabulous fundraisers and other volunteers, all while soaking up the event atmosphere. It'll be a day to remember!
